(While on vacation, I’m texting my best friend back home. It should be noted that I’ve never been in a relationship, while my friend currently has a boyfriend.)
Me: “How’s [Boyfriend]?”
Friend: “He’s good. How’s [Fictional Character I have a crush on]?”
Me: “I ask about your real life boyfriend and you ask me about my fictional boyfriend. I see how it is. Also, he’s good.”
