I’m playing a game that came out recently called Destiny 2. I played the first game since year one and pretty much knew all about the mechanics in the game. In the game there’s an enemy called the phalanx, which is known to LITERALLY send players flying across the map with a shield. I am in the town of Trostland during an event involving two factions in a massive battle. I am also the kind of player to go headfirst into the flames (literally) with a light armor class.

I fire auto rifle rounds into Fallen and Cabal and finally get my super ( a flaming sword you can throw a couple of times) charged.

ME: (activates super)BURN SUCKERS!

( Gets instakilled by a drop pod)

ME: (charges in with gun and shoots everything) Well, this is going fine!

Drop pods land and spawn in Honored Phalanxes

ME: ( gets thrown from the event area and land on the other END of the road/map)

Moral of the story: Don’t underestimate the Red Legion nor their all powerful Phalanx.
