Unfiltered Story #67505

I am an RA in a dorm and I am waiting for the elevator to come when I hear this end of a conversation from the front desk to someone on the phone.

Mind you the building is pretty old so we have box A/C units and a separate heater in each room.

Resident (On Phone): My heater is broken.

Front Desk: What do you mean? What is wrong?

Resident: When I turn it on, it only blows out cold air

Resident: That is the Air Conditioner. Your heater is below your window.
