(I work at a convenient store that also has a kitchen and is famous for pizza. We sell pizza by the slice in a food warmer on a card and I always mark the card so the customer knows what kind of pizza they are getting (“S” for sausage, “B” for beef, etc.). I am just about to put new slices in the warmer when a customer approaches the entrance to the kitchen.)

Customer: Do you have any fresh pizza coming out?

Me: Yes ma’am, I’m getting ready to cut it now.

Customer: Great! What kind do you have?

Me: Beef, Sausage, Pepperoni, and Cheese.

Customer: Sounds good.

(The customer waits while I cut the pizzas and put them in the warmer.)

Customer: Does the “B” stand for Beef or Sausage?

Me: ….um… Beef..
