*Lady says she is having trouble loading a page on the website, I have already told her what she needs to do, since the website and the said webpage work just fine.*
Me: “Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using another browser?…”
(this would be the second time I told her to do that, and how to do it…)
Lady: “I cleared it and typed it back in, but it didn’t help”
Me: “Ma’am, That would just reload the page…”
