I work for (Company) with in a Help desk that manages a system for Financial advisors all Financial advisors are given a five digit number, all numbers no letters. This Financial advisor had forgotten his.
Financial advisors: I seem to have forgotten my five digit number (I run through Security)
Me: Ok your number is 12345 (for instance)
Broker: Is that Uppercase or lowercase?
Me: It’s Just numbers…….
