(Customer wanting to upgrade his mobile phone (cell) contract)

Me: “Unfortunately Upgrades are closed, you’ll have to call back in the morning.”

Customer: “But they are in India, I was thanking my lucky stars when you answered from a British centre. The Indian agents are useless. I know this as when you started I did the training in your Glasgow centre and in India – and they’ve never gotten better.”

(So he was the trainer of the staff in India and he is complaining they are useless)
