Unfiltered Story #67430

I was mopping the floors of the store near closing time. We have a few wet floor signs but not enough for every aisle. I was almost done when I was called up front to help a customer. When I returned I was confronted by two ladies.

Customer: I SLIPPED ON THE FLOOR AND NEARLY FELL! I COULD HAVE BROKEN MY NECK! YOU SHOULD HAVE WET FLOOR SIGNS!

Without waiting for a response from me they storm off to buy their things.

I went back to mopping when I notice where they slipped. It was not even a foot away from my mop bucket which is quite large, highlighter yellow, and says “CAUTION WET FLOOR”.
