Unfiltered Story #67347
(I am the customer, calling a local store to find out the price to fix my cell phone.)
Me: *dials number*
(The phone rings for a few minutes. What sounds like an automated voice comes on.)
Voice: [company name] *pause* *click*
Me: *blink* Uhm…. *dials again*
Voice: [company name]
Me: Uh… hello?
Voice: Hello. *pause* Uhm… can I help you?
Me: ….. uh. Yes. I would like to know how much it costs to repair a charge port.
Voice: Okay. What type of phone?
(I give the brand and model of the phone.)
Voice: If we can do that, it will be $55. *click*
Me: …. maybe I don’t want to go to these people, now.
