Unfiltered Story #67330

Unfiltered | October 20, 2016

(I am working as a cashier. A middle aged woman and her mother come through my lane the have a cart even though they only have 6 small items between them. It is busy so a line forms behind them. When I finish they walk away leaving their cart blocking my register instead of pushing the cart to the return at the front of the store.) Next Customer In Line: Hey you forgot your cart please move it.

(The woman glares daggers and the elderly mother makes the *you want a piece of this* gesture. Then they both hurry out the door.) Next Customer: What just happened?

Me: I don”t know.

(My coworker on the next register just started laughing. The next customer was nice enough to remove the cart but left somewhat confuse as to what had happened.)
