(I work for a small LOS ISP which also provides VOIP service. I’m on the night shift and saw a message when logging in for the day that our website is down.)

Me: Thank you for calling ******, my name is *******. How can I help you today?

Customer: Um, uh I heard your recording, it said your website is down?

Me: Yes ma’am.

Customer: So that means no one has service right now?

Me: No ma’am, just the website is down.

Customer: Just the website?

Me: Yes ma’am, just the website.

(And then normal trouble shooting for no connection starts. However she did not have a computer in her home to directly connect into so the case remains unresolved as of yet.)
