Caller: “I can’t complete step one of these instructions. It says to click on the wireless icon in my tray, but I can’t find it”
Me: “That’s because you’re on your docking station, so the icon looks different. It should look like a little monitor with a cable next to it.”
Caller: “So I need to undock my laptop?”
Me: “No, the directions are still the same, just the icon looks different.”
Caller: “Oh! What does it look like?”
Me: <inserts gun into mouth>
