I work at a Grocery Store, not a super store, its not like Wal-Mart with clothes and electronics. All we have is food. One day the phone rings and I say,

Me: Hello this is [Grocery Store] my name is [Name] how can I help you?

Customer: Hi I have a question.

This is an older sounding lady 60+

Me: Ok I’ll try to answer if I can.

Customer: Ok I want to take a 20 min nap. How do I set my alarm?

Me: Your alarm? Like an alarm clock?

Customer: No on my phone.

Me: Well, uhm, I don’t know what type of phone you have but you have to find in the menu the alarm clock option.

Customer: Ok yeah I found that but how do I set it.

Me. Well it’s 1:30pm, so move the numbers tile they say 1:50pm. Then save it.

Customer: Ok, I’ll-*beep* *boop* *beep* *click*

Our conversation ending with a dial tone and me,

Me: Ma’am? Hello? Ma’am *click*

I tried to help, that’s all I could do.
