me: Deskside assistance how can I help?
customer: Im trying to update my OS but its getting stuck.
Me: How is it getting stuck?
Customer: it says Hit “any” key. I cant find the “any” key.
Me: right…(head-desk)
customer: what should I do
Me: choose a random key
Customer: alright
Me: now press it..
Customer: well I dont know how but that worked… Thanks a bunch (hangs up)
