I’m working as a cashier, and this old guy comes through with his few groceries. Not a big deal. Well, a few minutes later he comes back to the cash and decides to come back through mine telling the other cashier: “Might as well go see my old girlfriend.”

Well, he sets a large ham on the belt as I’m finishing processing a young couple’s order.

The young man looks at him as his girlfriend pays and they start laughing about going through cashes more than once in a day.

Young man: So that’s supper?

Old man: Yepp…

Young man: *looking at me* Are you going to cook it for him?

Me: No… *why would I cook his ham?*

I think nothing of it until the young man says: “Yeah, let her touch your meat.”
