Me: How can I help you today?

Customer; I’ve been receiving emails from [VENDOR}.

Me: And are you not supposed to receive these emails or do they seem fraudulent?

Customer: No, I;m supposed to receive them and they look like normal. I was just wondering if there was an issue.
