Unfiltered Story #66118

Once when working a shift, I was serving a man in a his (I’m guessing) mid-forties

Me: That will be [amount]

As he hands me the money, he doesn’t step to the side an people usually do.

Man: are you in high school?

Me: Uhm, yes.

Man: What school do you go to? What area?

Me: I, I don’t really think that’s …

My sister who happened to work at the same place as me and was working the same shift, quickly pulled me aside and made sure I didn’t get asked any more questions (I was about 15 at the time)

Out of context it seems slightly creepy, but it seemed much ickier in person.
