(At work, my e-mail address is on an internal distribution list, which means that I receive every piece of e-mail correspondence between us and our clients. It can be really annoying, but just now I discovered this gem in my inbox from my supervisor.)
Supervisor’s e-mail: Can you please resent these reports, I have having some trouble opening them. Thank you!
(Shortly followed up by:)
Second e-mail: That should read: Please resend these reports. I am having some trouble opening them.
My apologies for that jumbled email.
(After I had a good laugh, I asked him what was up. He said he was filing a report, having a conversation, and trying to respond to that e-mail at the same time. I know we often multitask, but one thing at a time, man!)
