Unfiltered Story #57103

(Backstory: my husband, me, our daughter, and niece were out driving around looking at xmas lights. My husband decided to treat us to the restaurant that has the Golden Arches. I only caught the beginning of this conversation.)

Clerk: What can I get you?

Husband: I’ll have the two cheeseburger meal.

Clerk: ok (and rings up 2 MEDIUM DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER meals) so that’s 2 double cheeseburger meals?

Me: No, one number 2 meal (on the menu board says 2 cheeseburger meal)

Clerk: ok

(Husband continues order with the rest. I went to get a seat with the two kiddos. When my hubby gets back to the table.)

Husband: (hands me the receipt) Don’t say anything. We just got more than we wanted.

(I looked at the receipt and they rung it up as 2 Double cheeseburger meals.)

Me: This is so going on not always working.
