Me: Hi, I’m calling because I made a complaint that you’re not letting me pay a bill and it’s been over 2 weeks.
Rep: Ok, for security can you confirm your name and address.
Me: *states name etc*
Rep: and another question. what method do you use to pay your bill?
Me: Well there is no method for me to pay moment- that is my complaint.
Rep: OK. So you can’t make a payment.
Me: No I’ve been told I need to wait 90 days, after being told 14 days a month ago.
Rep:Ok. I’ll log that complaint for you. In the meantime please make sure you continue to pay your bill.
Me: argh!
