Me (answering the phone): “[Me] speaking”

Telemarketer: “Hello, I´m calling…” (an apparently very young telemarketer starting his spiel with a very low voice almost covered with a terrible background noise made by obviously drunk people and loud music)

Me: “I´m so sorry but I can´t hear you.”

Telemarketer: “Hello, I`m calling…” (again his little voice covered with that night-club-like noise, music and laughter)

Me: “Who is this? The noise back there is so loud I really can´t hear you!”

Telemarketer (to the persons making the noise): “Will you shut the f**k up back there, I´m trying to do my f*****g job talking to a f*****g customer here!”

Me: (already laughing out loud) “Well, I don´t know what you are trying to sell me, my dear, but you can tell your coworkers back there that you failed this time. And I think you`d better join them instead of calling anyone any more!”
