(I’m at work when my roommate comes in to catch a movie. Turns out he and my manager knew each other from a previous job, so they stop to catch up for a minute.)
Manager: So you two are roommates, eh?
Me: Yep.
Manager: Ah. He was always a nice guy.
Me: Yeah, but things were recently a little awkward between the two of us.
Manager: Between you two? How?
Me: Well… I f***ed him.
Manager: WHAT?!
(And that was how I came out to my manager. Initial reaction aside, he took it rather well.)
