Unfiltered Story #56853
This happened to me a while ago, but I still remember it quite well. I’m in my early 20’s, but I look much older than I actually am. My mom had taken me and my two younger brothers out to dinner at a steakhouse. I was explaining to my younger brothers about being respectful and having good etiquette when at a sit down restaurant. Our waitress happened to overhear this, and was quite happy with what I was telling them and wished to compliment us.
Waitress *to my younger brothers*: now you two remember what your father is telling you!
Me: Oh, I’m their older brother.
The waitress was immediately embarrassed at her mistake, and was very apologetic, but we all laughed it off in the end. The mistake happens every so often, and I find it to be funny.
