Unfiltered Story #56850

I am working as a developer in a MNC. Below conversation happened between me and coworker from team#1.

Note: there are 4 set of servers.Server#1 and Server#2 we are using for our application on which testing is going on.

Coworker: We want to use Server#1 and Server#2 for our application.

Me: But we are using those servers. However server#3 and server#4 are available.

Coworker: But the names are not matching with other servers we are going to use.I like a matching set of servers,not random one.

Me: But we are using them.Cant give permission to use.

Coworker: But the names are not matching.

(This went back and forth for some day until Coworker#2 from Team#2 told her not to use a already running server.Still not sure if she is convinced)
