I work in IT, after several frustrating attempts to explain to an employee in the company that they should click on an application on their desktop to open it, I finally get fed up, take a screen shot of my desktop with the app on it, draw a BIG RED circle around the app and email it to them with a message that they should click on THAT app. They call back about 15 minutes later saying they’ve been trying since they got my email and still can’t get in. I ask them exactly what they’ve been doing (for about the 100th time) and they tell me:

“I’ve been clicking the app in the picture you emailed me but it won’t open”!
