Oil Have You Know…

(My mother, father and I are sitting at the kitchen table, talking. A week ago, I discovered that the cooking oil she was using was full of saturated fats and told her to change to an olive cooking oil,)

Me: “Mom, why did you use that cooking oil? It was horribly unhealthy!”

Mom: “Do you remember your sister took some cooking classes a while ago?”

Me: “Yes…”

Mom: “Well, in the ingredient list she gave me, there was a “vegetable oil,” so I grabbed that oil, because in its label it said “vegetable oil”.

Dad: “Honey! All oils are vegetable oils!”
