My cat (my dad calls her Friend) adores my dad. When he’s ready to go to bed, he calls her name and she runs up the stairs to get in bed. One night he’s making dinner and sitting on the last step of the stairs. Note, mimis is Spanish slang for going to bed.
Cat: *Cries*
Dad: What, Friend?
Cat: *Cries and looks up the stairs, then back to my dad*
Dad:*Sighs* No Friend, it’s to early for mimis.
She was satisfied with a few cuddles until bed time.
