(Our 14 yr. old daughter is a bit immature for her age so a majority of the things we say goes straight over her head.)
Daughter: Dad, do you like the necklace I’m making for mom?
Dad: Is it a pearl necklace?
Daughter: No. I don’t have any pearls.
Dad: I’ll make your mom a pearl necklace.
Daugher: You have pearls??
