(My little sister is about 2 when this happens, and I’m 8. She is sitting in her playpen and I am trying to teach her colors.)
Me: *holding up red block* “What color is this?”
Sister: “Black!”
Me: *holding up green block* “Ok…what color is this?”
Sister: “Black!”
Me: *holding up blue block* “What color is THIS?”
Sister: “Black!”
Me: “No! See, it’s blue!”
Sister: “Black!”
Me: “Fine” *holds up black toy cat* “What color is this?”
Sister: “Yellow!!!”
