Unfiltered Story #395851

Many years ago, when I was 18, I got a $100 bill for my birthday. I decided, at the time, to save it to buy myself something special.

I was also, at the time, working my way through an interesting book from the local library: The Dark Wing, by Walter Hunt. A book about a war between humanity and a violent and xenophobic alien race that seems destined to end in genocide, but through understanding and religious performances miraculously fails to end in genocide.

About a month later I found the special thing I wanted, a breast form for feminization. (Basically a silicon set of breasts you can wear if you don’t have breasts of your own and want a pair.)

I went looking for my $100 bill… and I couldn’t find it. I was very upset about it.

I never was able to buy the breast form: I wasn’t working at the time, and by the time I was working I had bills to pay and most of my savings have gone to more important things: buying a house, an emergency fund for medical bills, car bills, my wedding, that sort of thing.

Years later, now in my 30’s I checked The Dark Wing out from the library to re-read for nostalgia purposes. There, folded in the middle book, was my missing $100 bill from my 18th birthday.

I used it, and my ‘entertainment’ budget, to finally buy a good breast form. I’m looking forward to showing it to my spouse!
