Unfiltered Story #366513

A branch of a well known sandwich shop just opened in our town.
My husband and I decide to go there one day.
I decided to order the day’s special and my husband decides to get it too, just without the meat.
I asked the worker, if it is okay to order it without the meat.

“Yes, it is no problem at all..”

Suddenly someone started to shout out of the office in the back.

“I told you mant times not to change the style of the sandwich! It is not possible change something!”

“But boss, they don’t want any extras or substitute. They just don’t want any meat.”

Now the boss was shouting at me:
“I said no! I am tired of people like you! If you want no meat, buy the vegetarian sandwich!”

He ran back to the office and slammed the door.
The worker whispered a “I am sorry.”

And we decided to get 2 specials and we just removed the meat of the one.

Of course the day’s special is cheaper then the normal sandwiches.. So, I maybe can understand his thinking but still his rudeness baffeled us.
Later, I complaint to the headquarters.
They just replied, that I should directly send my complaint to the branch manager..
Yeah, great idea..
