We were in the cat shelter adopting a new cat. The lady helping us was understaffed so it was taking some time. There was a couple behind us waiting and they didn’t complain at all. I told them about Notalwaysright.com and that I was going to commend them on it. They said they had worked in retail and food service, too, so they understood the situation. They also added that since we were getting one of the kitties that it mad them happy.
