(I’m two years into a four education to become an elementary school teacher. Right now, I’m interning as a part of the education and I’m paired with this guy, known for being lazy and downright dumb. He refused to help me design our themes and decide on topics to teach. There is a lot of back and forth on this before we reach his weeks of teaching and I sit back to observe him.)

HIM: “Okay, so hiphop began back in the 1960’s USA. You know where they separated the black and white people. They needed use different bathrooms. That’s what we call ‘apartheid’.”

(He often confuses facts in front of the student. Also, the subject was our native language and not music. What he was saying had no relevance.)
