(I’m an employee at a small coffee shop.It’s close to Halloween and the owner allows us to decorate and wear costumes instead of uniforms but still wear our name tags.I’m dressed like a humanoid dragon while [Coworker #1],who is known to be a bit difficult,is in her early 20’s and dressed in a very revealing nurse outfit.A middle aged man with a young boy dressed as a cat enter.)

Customer:Hello miss,plain coffee for me,hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin for my boy.
Coworker #1:Sure thing,handsome.

(I cringe as I’m serving another customer.She’s known to be very flirty and has gold digging tendencies.I should note that the man is wearing a very nice suit.After he gets the order and return to his table,the kid says something and he comes back,unhappy but calm.)

Customer:Miss,why is there a phone number and hearts on my cup?
Coworker #1:Well I think you’re quite a catch,sir.*she says as she pulls her zipper further down to reveal her bra*

(Coworker #2 goes after the owner who has zero tolerance for things like these and this time she can’t make puppy dog eyes and act innocent.)

Owner:What is going on here?You better have a good reason for calling me in the middle of paperwork.
Me:We sure do.[Coworker 1] wrote her phone number and keeps flirting with the customer.
Owner:*dead serious*What?

Coworker 1:Why don’t ya ditch that old gal and hook up with me instead?
Customer:I am going to repeat miss,as it’s clear you’re not getting it.I am happily married and have no intention in “hooking up” with gold-digging strangers.
Owner:What is going on?
(The customer shows him the cup and then directs his gaze to her exposed bra.)
Owner:Okay,now I have the proof I needed to fire you.
Coworker 1:Why cause I’m pretty and young while you’re old and wrinkly?
Me:Honey,she’s firing you because you always flirt with customers even after they told you to stop and cry to your daddy that you’ve been wronged when we don’t treat you like royalty.

Coworker 2:I know this is your first job but come on!

(She just shot us a dirty look,gave us the finger and stomped out.Her father came later to complain but he sided with us after we and the customer explained what happened.Yeah,she was fired and banned from the shop.Lucky us.”
