Our cashier is taking an order on drive thru. The cashier, myself and the shift manager are all wearing headsets and can hear the conversation.

Customer: “can I make [a substitution, I forget exactly what]?”

Cashier: “one moment” *blank stare at me and the manager*

Both of us: *shaking our heads* “no”

Cashier: *to customer* “yeah we can do that for you”
