[My local gardens does a Christmas trail from the beginning of December. After dark the trees are lit up with Christmas lights and it’s really beautiful. My family go there together each year.

One part of it is a Wishing Tree. People write their wishes for Christmas on a slip of paper and tie it to the tree using string attached to a hole in the paper. I’ve made my wish and am reading through a few of the others when one catches my eye. It says: I wish that the bullying at school would stop and that I could be happy again.

Having been a victim of bullying myself at school, this really struck me. Whoever that child is, I hope they get their Christmas wish.]
