Unfiltered Story #362988

*I am at a mall with my boyfriend at the time and it was winter. We stopped at a local coffee kiosk and ordered hot chocolate but later realized we received an extra hot chocolate. After we bought our games, we finished our beverages and didn’t know what to do about the extra. It seemed wasteful to throw it away and neither of us drank from it. There was a lady at the counter that helpedal us select our games and had given us a few pointers on each character and levels.*
Boyfriend: “Why not give it to someone here?”
He motioned to the cashier.
Knowing me, I am always friendly and talk to everyone I meet daily. So I walked up to her with the beverage.
Me: “Hi again, we were wondering if you would like a hot chocolate? We accidently reviewed an extra and didn’t noticed until now. Would you like to have it? We didn’t drink from it”
She gave a kind smile and was very thankful.
Cashier: “Oh thank you so much! I was just about to leave for a few minutes and get one myself. Thank you again!”
Me: “No problem and your are very welcomed!” As I passed her the drink and extra napkins.
We looked back to wave goodbye and she beat us to it with a big smile.
