I am home alone preparing dinner when I hear the sound of my fridge opening behind me, I take hold of a large knife that I have by the stove. Whipping around, ready to throw the knife if need be. I find my sister looking in my fridge, she is older than me and in her late 30’s.
Me “What the @#$%! What do you think you are doing”
Sister “I just woke up and I’m hungry”
Me “What’s wrong with looking in your own @#$%ing fridge?”
Sister “I don’t have any good food in it, I know you will have.”
Me “So that’s no reason for you to come into my house and without a word go straight to my fridge. I almost threw a knife at you”
Sister “I didn’t think you were home, the door was locked”
Me “How the #$%$ did you get in?”
Sister “I climbed in the window, you had it open”
Me “So that gave you the right to climb in and try raiding my fridge?”
Sister “It’s your fault for having the window open”
Me “Well next time you go and buy your own food because I will be throwing knives in future and asking questions later”
Sister “Fine, I’ll go to Mum’s then”
Me “Why don’t you try acting like an Adult and actually buy your own food, instead of breaking into our houses and stealing our food?”
Sister “It’s not stealing and I didn’t break in”
Me “You take without permission, it’s stealing. And climbing in a window because you thought I wasn’t home is breaking in.”
Sister “You’re such a b*tch”.
