I pull into the drive through and order an Egg [blank] Muffin (breakfast sandwich). It’s 5:00 but this restaurant has “all day breakfast.” Told total and to pull ahead to the first window. Cashier doesn’t open her window so I sit and wait. The two cars in front of me get their food from the second window and still the cashier doesn’t greet me or take my money. I’m looking around for a sign to see if I was supposed to go to the second window to pay as there’s now a long line behind me and the cashier girl is just standing there.

Finally she opens her window and takes my money. I pull to the second window and get my food right away.

Once home, I bite into it and somethings not right. It’s not bad, just not what I was expecting. It take my tired brain several seconds to figure out what’s wrong. There’s no egg. Instead, the substituted a small, fried chicken patty. I take another bite and decide that I got chicken in one form or another and it’s not worth going back and complaining over. I got a couple chuckles at work the next day when I showed them the pic on my phone.
