(My school has had a very large issue with students private photos being spread around. If you get caught taking, sending, or receiving rude photos you get sent to the principals office. I am bullied very frequently by a group of boys becuase I’m very intellectual. One day I get called down to the office. When I walk in one of the boys is sitting there in clearly fake tears. In my school these students are favored by staff. It should be noted that I am a female. The following story unfolds;
Staff: so (boy) claims that you sent him inappropriate photos
Me: *shocked* I would never do such a thing
Boy: (to staff) I would give you proof but I deleted the messages right away
Me: I swear I did not send him anything, I would never!
(I’m almost in tears becuase I know I can’t win this unless I reveal my biggest secret)
Staff: (my name) I don’t believe you, (boy) seems scarred, he says he barely knows you. Why would you do this.
Me: I didn’t I can prove it if I can go get my phone, you can come with me to prove I don’t change anything
(The staff member gets up and dismisses the boy, as he walks by he gives me an evil smile. I go to my locker and get my phone with the staff in tow all the way. When we get back to her office I close the door)
Me: here, he’s not even in my contacts, I havnt sent him ANYTHING
staff: I need more proof than that, you know how much trouble this gets you into?
(knowing that the only way to save my perfect record is to tell her)
Me: well I’m not sure my girlfriend would be to happy about me sending photos to a boy
Staff: excuse me, what
Me: my friends and my camera roll can prove it, me and my girlfriend have been together for seven months, I’m not exactly straight
(Shows her pictures of us together)
Staff: you’re lying, you’re to beautiful to be gay, didn’t you have a boyfriend?
Me: yes but I broke up with him within a month becuase I’m gay
Staff: ok, fine. I believe you
Me: you must not tell a soul what I have told you just now
Staff: I understand, I’ll call (boy) back in and give him a talking to about lying, he will be suspended
Me: thank you, please don’t tell anyone
Staff: of course not
And so that’s the story of how I became great friends with on of the staff members at my school, I often spent free period in her office talking about the things we had in common. As for the boy, he got into enormous trouble after being called out for lying about a topic so serious. He got suspended for four days, and in-school isolation for five. Me and my girlfriend are still happily together without our seceret getting out.
