I had an ex who I dated for around two years. This was right about the two year mark when this happened. He had an ex girlfriend who had a lot of mental issues and was hospitalized several times for issues with her medications. She contacted me several times, insisting there was an affair going on. My ex, being the manipulator that he is used her disorder as a way to hide the affair. My friend has just informed me that her facebook is covered with photos of them together, along with my photo stating that I was her “stalker” and ruining their relationship.

Me: Uh, ex? My friend just told me that *removed* has MY photo up on her page stating I am stalking her and you, her status as in a relationship, and a picture of the two of you together stating you are her boyfriend. I think I am going to the police at this point, given her mental history I am not comfortable with this.

Ex: I will talk to her. I don’t think that it means me, last I heard she had a boyfriend.

Me: No, just no. You have told me you will “talk” to her for over a year now. She has YOUR photo up and even says it’s about you. This is getting out of hand. Will you go to the police with me or not? Just the other day she called me threatening to kill me!

Ex: I will talk to her okay! No I wont go to the police.

Eventually one of her friends contacted me out of concern and informed me they had been having an affair for the entire time we had been together. I broke up with him shortly after. FYI, I did go to the police after both her and her FATHER called me pretending to be a police officer and said they were coming to attack me and my family if I didn’t stay away from ex.
