Unfiltered Story #343238
My wife’s son was getting married. Everything was planned through a wedding coordinator (we live in a small town so most plan their own).
During the rehearsal his stepmother ran out of the church screaming. We figured it was because that’s when it soaked into her that none of her 3 daughters were involved in the wedding.
Before the wedding pictures were taken in the basement of the church. At one point the stepmother shoved her daughters into some of the pictures of the groom and his father, the groom and his mother and then just the groom. A few weeks after the wedding the photographer called the wedded couple, who were paying for the pictures, to confirm if they wanted the pictures edited (cropped out). Seems that the stepmother called him and wanted the groom’s father and any pictures with her daughters cropped out.
As the wedding was about to begin and it came time for my wife, the mother of the groom, to be escorted down the aisle the stepmother shoved both of her daughters ahead of my wife, to walk down the aisle unescorted.
Stepmother called the florist to get the color scheme so she could order corsages for her daughters. The florist refused to give out the colors. Needless to say, the her daughters show up with wrist corsages anyway.
The wedding couple were to ride in a horse drawn carriage to the reception hall some 10 blocks away. As they were leaving one of the stepmother’s daughters chucked a handful of landscape rocks at the couple, hitting the groom in the head.
Fortunately, the wedding ceremony came off in fine shape for the video. The reception eventually came off in fine shape, after the groom’s father and his wife left shortly after the groom/mother dance (stepmother was hacked because she was not chosen to dance with the groom).
And it’s all on video!
