Unfiltered Story #343236
(I’m working the drive-thru at a fast food place and I’m the only one working drive-thru. That means I have to take orders with a crappy headset that I can only hear people with if I press the headset against my ear and my other hand against my other ear, make drinks, cash people out, and hand people their food all in the middle of a rush. I’m currently in the middle of cashing out a customer, meaning I’m putting the money in the drawer, when my manager feels the need to say something.)
Manager: “Hurry up, come on! There’s orders ready behind you!
(He frequently tells people to hurry up when they’re working as fast as they can all the time.)
