Unfiltered Story #343209

I worked at the campus pool as a lifeguard. To get to the pool, you had to check in with front desk, go down to the stairs where the gym is, and then head to the change room. It is also important to note that the gym is where final exams take place sometimes with many students attending. One day, I walked to go to work just as a huge group of students was heading to their exam. I felt awkward walking with them, since I wasn’t taking one, and that I would be breaking apart with them on my way to change rooms. Finally, as we are getting to the part where I’ll be breaking away from them, I decide to have some fun and yell out.

Me: SCREW THIS! I CANT TAKE OR ANYMORE!

And ran to the change room!
Surprisingly, no one followed me, maybe they heard me laughing. I always wonder if I inspired others to walk away by accident.
