Unfiltered Story #342646

This story takes place before everyone had GPS.
I live very near one of two rival universities and work at the other one. Let’s call them Light Blue U and Dark blue U. It’s graduation week for both of them, and that reminds me of this story. I was sitting outside on Dark’s campus eating lunch, and a very frantic man gets out of a car and came over to where I’m sitting.
Frantic Father: can you please tell me where [Specific] Hall is? My daughter is graduating and I’ve got to be there!
I thought for a minute and told him that I didn’t know where that building was. Frantic Father got back in his car and drove away.
A few minutes later I remembered that the hall he wanted was actually at Light Blue U.
