After a day of nasty customers, I get an older lady on the phone. She sounds distressed.

Lady: I am so sorry, I know I shouldn’t be with you, but I really don’t know what to do! I searched my whole house, but… I can’t find the phonenumber of [other company]!

Me: *relieved I could help this lady* Well, that’s why we have internet! Let me look it up for you!

Lady: Oh, I’m so sorry, I don’t have internet.

Me: But we do and it’s no problem. Are you ready for the number?

Lady: I’m as ready as I’ll ever be! Thank you, you are a lifesaver!

This short phonecall gave me enough energy to deal with nasty customers again.
