I have a customer who comes in to my dealership inquiring about setting up their phone with us. She called and spoke with someone earlier in the day and knew what plan she wanted to go with. In the end she chooses not to. “Why?” You may ask. 911 Fees. There are 911 fees on top of the plans and whoever she spoke to forgot to mention that (for anyone wondering they are $2.38 per month) and when I explained this to her she lost it. Started screaming and going on a tirade about how we deceived her. In the midst of this tirade she goes: “WHY WOULD I EVER NEED TO USE 911?”

Me: (Thinking) Please be joking.
