(We are reading the play, “The Diary Of Anne Frank”. Our teacher pauses and asks us what we think is historically inaccurate in a certain section.)
Me: They shouldn’t have been able to have soda available.
Teacher: Correct.
(She continues on explaining the reasoning of this for a little while)
Teacher: Anyway, I’m going to step down from my soap box and we’ll contin-
Me: Or SODA BOX!
Teacher: Aaaaaayyyyy!
(At the end of class.)
Teacher: Thanks for that, you made my day.
