Unfiltered Story #32711

Unfiltered | May 11, 2017

I’m taking a Japanese class (I plan to work there), but the kids there are often bigoted, ask stupid questions, and are just plain annoying.

For example, one time, I was sitting in class while the teacher was talking, and I hear some guy say something that hits really hard.

Guy: *whispering* “Anime is a weaponized form of autism.” (I like anime and have Asperger’s syndrome [I’m very bright, though], so this hits especially hard. Later, when we’re learning about origami, some other dude says that because someone has both Japanese and Mexican heritage, they should be able to fold an origami taco… off the top of their head.)
