I take ESL, whole classes’ native language is non-alpabet so tends to bigger handwriting. But my handwriting small, even smaller than many native speakers. The teacher is native speaker. We must to write the certain number of words. The teacher take little glance when I hand in.

Teacher: You didn’t write enough.

Me: I wrote 300 words.

Teacher: No. Fill the paper.

Me: I write small. It is 300 words. Look.

Teacher: Fine. But your short passage can’t make full marks.

He look more close.

Teacher: You write so small! I never see that in ESL students.

Me: I told you.
